The Role

 

The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to all departments within the Player Department, including Men’s & Women’s Tennis, Player & Coach Services, and our Performance Teams.

 

  • Schedule group meetings.
  • Process invoices and payment requests.
  • Handle preliminary administrative tasks for the Legal and Finance departments.
  • Provide travel logistics support.
  • Assist with event support, including camps, playoffs, and special events.
  • Provide front desk support as needed to monitor the Player Department's entry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Skilled in drafting professional correspondence.

  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.

  • Professional, composed, and adaptable demeanor.

 

The salary for this position is $18.00–$20.00 per hour. The actual rate will be determined based on the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience, and unique skills. This part-time role averages about 28 hours per week.
